OUR PROCESS
Step 1: Begin a custom model, by filling out our form below. This will ask you to provide photos and related information about your requested structure.
Step 2: Once we receive your quote form, we will give you a price quote with recommended additions such as lighting or automation.
Step 3: After you receive the quote, you will need to accept it for us to get started. A 20% deposit is required upfront before we begin.
Step 4: We will send you PDF or drawings with dimensions of your scale for your approval.
Step 5: You will pick the colors from our supplied color chart or supply us with alternate colors. (Additional Costs May Apply)
Step 6: Once project is completed it will be packaged, and a shipping quote will be provided along with the final invoice.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT WE ARE A SMALL FULL TIME SHOP AND TRY TO COMPLETE ALL PROJECTS IN A TIMELY FASHION, THESE PROJECTS CAN TAKE MORE TIME THAN ESTIMATED . WE WILL GIVE EACH AND EVERY PROJECT THE SAME ATTENTION .
