How often are orders processed?
- Orders are processed daily in the order in which they are received (Monday-Saturday). Orders will ship within 1 to 3 business days. Most orders are shipped using USPS First Class mail which takes 2-7 days to deliver.
- You will pay the actual cost of shipping. Most carriers base your shipping cost on your location and the weight of your purchase.
- We offer a Priority shipping option based on the rate currently published by USPS to anywhere in the US.
- Shipping cost can be viewed in your shopping cart once you enter your address as you begin the purchase process.
- Shipping amount will be displayed before you finalize your purchase.
- Due to mailing restrictions, we cannot ship our paint outside of the United States and Canada
- If the shopping cart has been edited and the shipping amount does not update, go back to the Shipping Method page and select the appropriate shipping amount.
- To remove items from your cart, click the X on the right side of the item listing.
- Shipping is calculated for each individual order, however, if you have submitted multiple orders close together, please email us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to ship your orders together. If combining your orders results in less shipping cost, we will refund any excess shipping paid at checkout. Keep in mind that once we have processed and packaged an order, we will not be able to combine it with any other order or refund any shipping costs paid.

Custom-build projects and BUILT-UP models
All custom-built projects are carefully package at time of completion with double boxes and use of bio-degradable packing peanuts and bubble wrap. We charge for the packing materials and UPS quoted rates including mandatory shipping insurance. All shipping and material costs will be itemized on final invoice. Packages are shipped as soon as payment is received in full for final invoice for project.
Pre-built structures or garage sale items will ship as did custom-built projects. Costs will be itemized or included in cost of item. Check item listing for details.
