Right On Track Models – Return, Refund, and Guarantee Policy

Guarantee:
All products are guaranteed against defects in manufacturing as determined by Right On Track Models (ROTM). Defective items will be replaced upon return and inspection of the defective part.
Returns Policy:
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• The item must be in its original packaging.

Returns Procedure:

1. Returns are only accepted with prior authorization from ROTM.
2. Authorized returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
3. A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns. Opened kits are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
4. NOTICE: If you start building the kit, it cannot be returned under any circumstances—you own it forever!

Partial Refunds:
Certain situations may only qualify for partial refunds, including:

• Items with obvious signs of use.
• Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

1. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
2. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds:
