We will replace any damaged or missing components from our kits within 30 days of purchase. We do not except returns on any kits or prebuilt structures. Contact us with any issues and we will try to resolve any problem you may have.

Returns
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
